[PR] I received this product for free from Picky and Avoskin in exchange for my honest review! ✨All products are vegan and cruelty-free✨ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ AVOSKIN The Great Shield Sunscreen: 6/10 Summary: The Great Shield Sunscreen with SPF 50 PA++++ is a hypoallergenic and paraben-free sunscreen that does the job well. It has no added fragrance, no itching or any redness. Its pH level is 7.5-8.5. Packaging, Texture: The product comes in a squeeze bottle, with a screw cap. This cream is light green in color and the bottle is green. (In Picky’s post, it was stated that winners would receive 30ml, but we only received 5ml. I feel that 5ml Is insufficient :() The sunscreen’s texture is thick and quite greasy, it feels like a cream. It is rather hard to blend due to its thick consistency. ⭐️ Star Ingredients: Containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, it does leave a slight white cast. There’s also Centella Asiatica, which relieves irritation and inflammation of the skin. It contains no alcohol so it can be used by people of all skin types. Furthermore, this includes niacinamide a form of vitamin B3 to improve skin texture. Conclusion: Overall, not bad. I would probably buy again if on discount. If not, there are other brands that overshadow this sunscreen. The white cast and thick consistency can be areas to improve on. It has a pH of 6.0-6.5. Packaging, Texture: The liquid is colourless, coming from a glass bottle that is a bit hard to pour out sometimes. It has a slightly runny texture that is easy to spread on the face. ⭐️ Star Ingredients: The next day, skin is visibly less red and inflamed. The essence maintains moisture while making skin feel smooth. However, it contains alcohol which may make skin feel dry. I love that there are minimal ingredients in this product. Conclusion: Would I buy this again? Yes. It brightens the skin well and serves great purpose in moisturizing and hydration. It smells a bit like raspberry (Rubus Idaeus fruit extract) and green tea (camellia sinesis leaf extract). Packaging, Texture: The sheet mask is thin and is hard to open up. 15ml of serum is added, and the mask takes 10-20 minutes of application. There is quite alot of extra serum left in the bag after use.. The serum has a thin consistency and absorbs fast. ⭐️ Ingredients As this mask contains retinol, it would take longer for it to show effect. Vitamin E and peptide help skin look younger and slow down the process of aging. This toner is alcohol-free, silicon-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. It allows other skincare products to be absorbed into the skin efficiently. Packaging, Texture: The bottle is made of plastic with a tiny hole for the liquid to leave. There’s not a lot of spillage, although it is hard to get out on some occasions. The toner is cloudy white and is easy to spread. The 100ml liquid takes only a few drops to cover the whole face. ⭐️ Star Ingredients: The toner contains 3% niacinamide, 0.1% actosome, peptide for firming, and of course, retinol. This retinol takes weeks to finally show signs of improvement. Fortunately, the toner is suitable for sensitive skin, and gives no irritation at all.
