I use a silk pillowcase, they stay much cooler so feel nicer on my face and also leaves my hair much smoother as there’s less friction between your head and the pillow

I think the most important is to always keep your pillow cases and sheets clean, whatever is made off. I sweat a lot when sleeping, so I also have an extra case that blocks the sweat.

I have been using silk pillowcases before I even knew what great benefits they had! I just love the silky cool feeling to go to sleep. it’s a plus that it helps with hair breakage and breakouts!
