You might want to try products with ingredients like vitamin C, arbutin, tranexamic acid, and niacinamide among others for brightening the scars or discolorations. Also try chemical exfoliation (AHA) once or twice a week if you're just starting.
These products helped with the appearance of my acne scars specially the snail mucin from cosrx, the brightening products just helped with lightening it faster.
Use spf everyday.
