I have used their green tea facial scrub and did not have any bad experience from it. It was gentle on my sensitivity skin and was an efficient exfoliant😊

oh big NO from me. I used to use their scrubs including the apricot one and it felt good at the time of use but I was really impacting my skin negatively in my teenager years. I would go with a cleanser from a different brand (Cetaphil, CeraVe) and use an exfoliator maybe twice a week instead.
This St Ives stuff ended up irritating my skin so much and I broke out more and I wanted to use the scrub more to clear it - vicious cycle!

I used their infamous Apricot Scrub once or twice a week to remove surface dead skin. That’s a max I would use
