I would recommend that because it means you’re exfoliating every day! I think you should have at least one day of rest. also, it depends on how long you have been using retinol. if you’re just starting out, using bha on alternate days could overexfoliate your skin and make it very sensitive!

I guess it would be fine if the concentration of BHA is low since a lot of products now have low percentage of BHA in it.
