Hey! I am just wondering.. Which active ingredient that changed your skincare game which gave you amazing, or surprising (or just atleast effective) results for improving your PIE or Post Inflammatory Erythema? I'd love to hear your experiences ! ❤️ I'm also struggling from PIE and so far I am in a hunt for other actives (currently using Niacinamide) 🙆🏻‍♀️

Tranexamic acid. However mine came from the pharmacy, but got rid of PIE overnight.
