@gixiyiy well, I searched and they kinda made it already but it’s not widely available. The brand is Evy, lasts for 6 hours from the original application but I think they need to improve the ingredients, it’s more for dry skinned folks.

I really don't know about the ingredients, but something that leaves the same effects after several laser/light treatments. A really significant reduction in redness. 💙

Eyelashes that already have glue on them. All you would have to do is peel something off and boom, the glue is already there ready to put the lash on.
