How to get rid of redness and bumps around my chin and nose?

I have the same skin issue (only a bit of redness. I’ve used bha +pha toner because I thought they were closed comodones. it was somewhat effective… didn’t clear my skin completely- so I will now try adding retinol to my routine. redness can be a few factors e.g irritation, inflammation , compromised skin barrier. moisturising my skin and using an exfoliatient took care of this.
