Twice a day in the AM and PM routine. If you feel that you need to moisturise more often, you may need to look for a different moisturiser - add some occlusives to lock the moisture in.

I will look into a better moisturizer. I just started using cetaphil it seems to be better than my other moisturizer. thank you for your advice

I moisturiser twice daily. Otherwise if I feel the need to cleanse my skin during the day then I will need to moisturise again. I believe over moisturising on only possible if you already have oily skin.

thank you I feel so much better knowing I can’t over moisturize, just because it’s winter and my face feels tight and dry
