50.31$ duty tax on my commonlabs giveaway

Hi picky users..i just got this mail in the morning from DHL. I am surprised why there is so much import tax on mere a GIFT item. What should i do in this case. I can't pay so much because i am broke. 😭 what do you do if you were me? Should i talk to the picky team? What should i say to them as we all agree while filling the form that we will pay any custom tax if applied.. i am so disheartened. This was my second winning from picky and i had to pay 5-6$ ob my first giveaway but this is too much money

There’s a return option, and picky won’t blacklist you because of it.

OMG 50 ? You can contact picky team. In my country i will pay 8 - 9usd

untill now all i have payed 8-9$ or sometimes 12$. this is my first time with a heavy custom tax

Check import laws for your country. They should specify the amount. (For example, for me, it's 21% of the cost + processing fee.)
