HELP🥵!!STRESSED AND ACNE

It's my midterms💔 going on and due to that stresses and pressure caused by backlogs and online lectures are giving me bad acne in continuous spots and 💢migraine. And this mask that I have is also getting out of hand 🥺. I use cosrx snail mucin to soothe and calm down my skin with gentle AHA BHA toner from the same brand. I need help from you guys, please share with me great products to incorporate into my routine or help my skin. And to relieve stress 📌🛑Current routine 🛑📌

Eye strain can increase your chance of migraine - try and have a short break every 30 minutes when you study. Sleep is really important too - try and make sure you have a regular sleep pattern. These helped me with my migraines when I was studying. For acne I have seen good results from this serum

since you know the acne is due to stress I would focus more on adding stress reducing things into your day- rather than just products to fight the acne. maybe try breaking up studying with walks outside, pack healthy snacks and lunches ahead of time and try short meditations :)
