A great cheap hack that is actually very hydrating for your lips is aquaphor/eucerin or vaseline. they make your lips feel nice and soft and its so cost effective!
I use the OG vaseline healing jelly daily. More costly, I’ve tagged the Fresh product. it feels luxurious and smells lovely but quite costly!
