Salicylic acid! Use it to exfoliate your skin - less than 1% concentration can be used daily, 1% every other day and 2% 1-2x a week.
Also hydrate and moisturise your skin lots to regulate sebum production. Avoid comedogenic ingredients, use niacinamide and clay masks 1-2x a week.
Retinoids can also help in the long run.
