Acne breakout on chin

my chin breaks out when I’m leaning on my hand too often like watching videos on my phone on the ground too much, try to change your pillows often (use silk/satin/cotton-experiment) and don’t touch your face/keep your hands clean! tea tree and lavender oil mixed with water/or another diluter-like vitamin e oil or castor oil, dabbed lightly with your fingertip on the spots should do the trick
