Tiny bumps & hormonal acne

hi, what should i use for my tiny bumps and hormonal acne? my skin type : oily i use cerave sa cleanser for the past 3-4 month and deriva fash wash for 1-2 month until now for moisturizer i only use cerave pm moisturizer and sunscreen: skin aqua sunplay pink one. pls help me. -tiny bumps start end of 2019 until now -hormonal acne start november 2021 until now
