Has anyone else not received there CommonLabs Products

So the deadline for the CommonLabs Vitamin E Calming Ampoule and Light Cream is pretty much here and I haven't even received my product yet. The tracking states that it has arrived at the airport that's about an hour away from me and it hasn't moved in 3 days. I was wondering if I was the only one who hadn't received the product yet?

I just went ahead and filled out the form today and checked that I have not received it yet and explained that it was caught in the holiday package chaos. I am experiencing a similar situation where it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but still has not been delivered.

It took a long while until it finally arrived a few days ago. It wasn’t moving at all too. I know the deadline is super tight. I would email picky and let them know. You’ll get an extension. Or just tick off the ‘I haven’t received it’ on the google form.

I think in the form, you can fill out that the product has not yet arrived
