Help!!

Hi!! This serum does have a funny smell. I think you should open it and check the color of the serum. It should be clear with a very slight golden tone. If the smell is too strong or the serum has turned orange it's probably oxidized and not be effective

If the product inside the bottle is clear but there is a brown-orange spill in the package that may be due to the spill happening before the lid was screwed on during manufacturing and was carried into the packaging step. Does the bottle look full to you? Since it sounds like the product inside the bottle hasn't oxidized because it looks clear and not brown-orange I would say the product efficacy is not compromised. 😊

This happened to me too. Just contact Wishtrend, they will send you a replacement bottle straight away.

Vitamin C has always a funny smell to it. But if it was exposed to light and air, it might be oxidized.

Sounds like there was a crack on the bottle somewhere, because of spillage.
