Back acne/dark spots

Hi everyone! Just wondering what y’all do to manage back acne. I’ve been dealing with this problem for most of my life and I have a lot of scarring and dark spots that take forever to fade. Stridex pads have probably been the most helpful thing I’ve tried but it never fully gets rid of it. :( Advice? Thanks in advance!

I like using I'm From's mugwort mask! It doesn't remove blemishes but it really cools down your skin which I found helps with pimples🥰
