I would recommend a brightening toner that will helps with your hyperpigmented areas. I enjoyed the ELMT Illuminating toner.

I would also recommend a very hydrating serum and a daily SPF so your hyperpigmentation doesn't get worse.

but I don't want to be light skinned cause am a black person... Will they help me

I guarantee you it's not going to lighten your skin, it's just gonna help with your hyperpigmented dark areas and will even your skin tone. it's not gonna bleach you or anything. I have a medium skin tone and I didn't change color at all. it just got rid of the not normally overpigmented areas and don't worry🙏

but I can't get those products where I live now
