Hella red while working out

Do you guys have any tips to not look hella red while working out? Recently i started taking care of my health so i also started working out. And everytime that i work out i my face startes to get very VERY red and i know that it is because of vasodilation and stimulatation of blood circulation but is there any way to prevent from getting so red?

There's no much you can do to prevent your face to get red while working out besides control your breathing (in through the nose, out through the mouth). When you get adjusted to your workouts you won't get as red either.

what can help is applying a cooling, calming gel after working out. bonus point if your store them in your fridge. I particularly love the Bioderma one. I recommend these👇🏼
