Exfoliate lips

I read the book called Lips by Natasha Devedlaka-Price. The Arthur give a tip to exfoliate your lips by using a soft toothbrush to brush your lips. You dont need to buy something expensive to do this.

I e done this and it works pretty good. I find it best to use a lip sleeping mask over night, then exfoliate the next morning. I find if my lips are really dry when I exfoliate I don't find they get as soft and smooth as when they are hydrates
