How do you handle your Rosacea?

I have rosacea on my left cheek. I feel like my skin is hydrated, and overall healthy. But I have this big red blotch on my cheek that I can never get rid of. Any recommendations? Would skin bleaching products help?

I have seen a lot of improvement with mine using niacinamide and centella 😊 This purito serum has 49% centella extract and 5% niacinamide and works great on my skin 😊
