1. If you want something that can delivers an obvious results, it has to be serum/ampoule. If the toner of your choice is providing the results you wanted, then choose the cheaper one for limited budget.
2. I am gonna recommend the Somebymi's cream. Somebymi in general has a few series suitable for acne prone skin, with many people showing great improvements on their skin in reviews. Plus, it is quite cost-effective.

The Unik Beta Glucan! My skin is much calmer with this moisturizers. a lot of creams can break me out with acne but not this one. It is really soothing and very moisturizing while it is a light cream. Beta Glucan is great for sensitive and easily irritated skin. I use it at night. I don’t moisturize in the morning. Only night is enough for me 💗
