I will stay in the safe side and use mineral sunscreens.
Some of the new chemical filters are also fine for some but most will experience irritation. Avoid Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Octisalate and Avobenzone (don't buy chemical sunscreens produced in US)
You want them to be fragrance and alcohol free, too

these are my current favorites
I have rosacea and acne prone skin too so I hope these work for you
mineral spfs are best for rosacea but with oily skin things are a little difficult
(the lrp one does make my skin red when I rub it in but doesn’t sting or burn and redness goes away... I do prefer the Isntree one but the lrp one is a great option too)
