Can i use I'm from rice toner and by wishterned 21.5% pure vitamin c serum together?

Yes, I don't see any problems for using these ingredients together. I've used vitamin C , Niacinamide which it's in many of my other products ( toner, essence, cream). I think that's because I started using vitamin C in lower percentage ( Klairs) and melano cc and once I get accostumed I increase the percentage ( tiam).
