My skin suddenly has texture every time I start using a new product. How do I stop this

My skin gets red and irritated after I use a new product no matter what ingredients it has. My skin doesn’t hurt it just gets crazy dry, red, and has microscopic little bumps.

I patch test every product but I don’t have a reaction until usually the 3rd to 5th day for using the product.
