I use this dove exfoliating body scrub for my back acne because they are painfull soo i feel you,try this scrub It’s gentle and smells awesome also It’s not expensive and I hope It helps!

I have the same issue -I use a shower brush that has soft bristles. it reaches onto the back easily with my cleanser of choice (Neutrogena Body Acne cleanser). This works and is gentle
