Here is an article from Paula’s Choice that explains some of the benefits. It specifically mentioned CBD oil.

But there does need to be more clinical research done to identify if it is really good for skin, since at least in the US it has only been a few years since the government authorized the use of regulated CBD production. Once that occurred several products started being released.
