first off , discontinue all actives , exfoliant , spot treatment, retinol etc. back to the most basic skincare routine ( cleanser, moisturiser & sunscreen ) ** u may add a soothing serum if needed ** enough. select products that contains calming & soothing ingredients such as cica , mugwort, aloe Vera. here’s some recommendations which I personally finds to helps repair skin barrier 😊😊

1. Be mindful about the cleanser you use.
2. Stop any form of physical or chemical exfoliation.
3. Use a minimal skincare routine or products with minimal ingredients. You may find ceramides, snail mucin 🐌 and propolis 🐝 to be extremely helpful.
