No it won’t because you are not leaving the oil on the skin you are using it to remove dirt so it will actually help the acne

In my experience, yes. Even if it is on skin for a small time amount it will feed the malassezia. I prefer to use micellar water. You have to experiment with your skin.

I’m aware of if since I got fungal
acne , I steer clear of cleansing oils. They are not for me at all.
