Layering eye cream & make-up

Hey there Picky community :) Do you include eye cream in your routine when you’re going to be applying eye make-up? I find it makes my eye area sticky so applying eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner becomes really difficult. Not sure if there’s a way around this other than just not using an eye cream but any advice would be appreciated!

I would suggest waiting until the eye cream is absorbed, then using a primer before applying makeup.

Ah thanks for the advice 😊 I don’t usually use primers! Do you have any favourites you can recommend?

Maybe try after putting your eye cream waiting a couple of minutes to dry it down and to settle and after that do your makeup.Or try putting on eye cream at night when you are doing your pm skincare💖

I wait quite a while so I think my eye cream might just be a little thick or sticky naturally. Would make sense to just apply it at night before bed, thanks 😊

Try a gel type of eye cream, wait for it to absorb before applying makeup
