I second what @ozu said. EGCG is the component from green tea, and caffeine can act as an antioxidant as well. if you need a boost of antioxidants I’d say you can use it all over your face if it’s good enough for the under eye.
Also I’m not super familiar with this product, so I don’t know the texture. But it could be used for hair growth as well. Both caffeine and green tea would help stimulate the follicles
