How to get rid of scarring/soreness?

Can anyone help with sores and scarring like this? Stupidly I picked chapped lips and have now been left with a sore near my mouth. It’s quite painful and was wondering if anyone had any advice as it’s been like this for a few weeks now.

That’s cheilitis, you need to see your dermatologist to see if it’s bacterial or fungus then treat it
