Alternative to Cerave lotion

Hi! I use cerave hydrating lotion on my body and It’s great but when I apply it on my face it tingles and leaves my skin so red… That’s why I would love to know any alternative to that cream so I can use it on my face without irritations 😅 I have sensitive-combo-mild rosacea skin type! Thanks a lot!
