that happens if your skin is too damp / wet. when I apply my toner on a non so wet face, the bubbles don’t appear

I was about to say this too! And also if you don’t rinse off the cleanser. I usually try to make sure I get all the cleanser off my face (I noticed that was a problem for me)!

I would recommend applying less product and gently patting it on your face instead of rubbing it if you're doing that. I hope this helps 😊

Thank you! I searched on google why this happens and it said there that it is because I didn't wash my face well enough and that's why the bubble forms, but I've been cleansing/washing my face thoroughly but it still happens. Will try applying less products. It might be the reason.

if your applying toner to damp skin, then that might be the issue! Toners are suppose to bring back that hydration because cleansers can sometimes strip your skin a little. So adding water to your face then adding a toner won’t be necessary as toners already contain mainly water and other active and hydrating ingredients.
