Issues with the supply chain aren't new; they have literally been happening for years now. We all need to account for them. Picky could just stop doing giveaways while everything is so messed up globally, but they aren't. Let's put our energy into giving people grace instead of getting mad that a free product doesn't arrive as fast as we wanted it to.

The brand’s site was yet to opened/ released by the time they sent the email to Picky’s giveaway winners in US, so I would expect them to deliver the products from Korea still, all their products are made in Korea anyway. It’s only been a month or less after their site was officially released to public, I wouldn’t think they already have their stokist or sth but don’t count me on that.
I’m also in US and haven’t got my product, last time I checked it’s already in the US, I guess it will be here in couple days, it’s through USPS you know how they take their time 😊.

But unfortunately the high parcel volume from the holidays and reduction in the number of flights due to COVID-19 situation have delayed things a lot 😔😔

From the part of your screenshots, the email just includes the information of skin1004 is about to launch their US websites that offers local shipping. It is just an information meant to advertise their launch, it doesn't mention that the giveaway is going to be of 'faster shipping'. Perhaps, they have not enough supplies in US.

Yeah you are right. They are probably also just using us to advertise their launch. I just got jealous of people who got their shipping through DHL. DHL takes like a week max.

I just received mine yesterday. Many times, the items I win on Picky giveaways come from Korea. It does seem that this particular giveaway has had some shipping delays though. Picky is aware of this though, and they’ve extended the review deadline to Feb 10th.

Yeah I knew about the shipping delays, but I was just confuse as to why people from the US had to order it from the Skin1004 US website but the shipping time was just the same as before. I thought the product was going to be shipped from the US and through USPS not all the way from Korea. That's why I was kinda pissed.
