try to avoid shampoo dripping down your face. tilt your head backwards a little bit when you rinse your hair. after you get out of the shower you want to put a cream on your face and lastly dry your hair.

I think you should put a mask or a balm cleanser and let it sink on your face while shampooing your hair. Putting an occlusive layer such as a mask or a balm cleanser. Here are some recommandations. Plus, you should use lukewarm water on your body. Hot water is bad for the skin and it dries your skin even more.
