Have you used their Madagascar ampoule(yellow tinted bottle) before? Based on a discussion I personally posted few days ago, many said that it could be that your skin is sensitive to tranexamic acid. My own experience with this ampoule so far is that, it caused redness, and my skin became flaky😒 Also from that discussion, people mentioned that some people are sensitive towards this high concentration of Centella Asiatica. In conclusion, many advised to stop using this ampoule immediately, since the skin barrier might be compromised, and use ingredients Such as ceramides to heal it.

ohh!! I'm also using this for two weeks. as I also have an acne prone skin my skin just purg to many ingredients like niacinamide and salysilic acid. but those are two best ingredients for acnes right?? so I always used low concentrate active ingredients and I introduce new items to my skin very slowly. πŸŽ‡ 1st I think it's best to stop using this until those acnes reduced. give some time to calm down use some acne treatments you normally use. πŸŽ‡ Then u can use it once or twice a week (like Monday and Thursday) only at morning.( clogged pores can grow in to acnes easily at night so keep ur face clean and free from heavy ingreadients at night but u can use normal acne treatment or light moisturiser) πŸŽ‡ After two or three weeks increase it to four days but remember to apply only at day time. πŸŽ‡ After another 2,3 weeks go with everyday morning. πŸŽ‡Then if u didn't notice any irritations then slowly apply at night time also I normally go with this steps as it has helped me so much. purging doesn't occur to me when I go with these steps. (p.s = this was given by my skin dermatologist before few years ago)

i think you should stop to use it until your skin gets better. Maybe bc these ampoule has too much active ingredients, so few ppl may cause worse purging πŸ€”
