Need help with Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms

Helloooo! I’m suffering (not really suffering tho 😁) from Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arm. I know its not alarming but the bumps are really bothersome and doesn’t look good when wearing short sleeves. Any recommendations on products? Procedures?
