Also this is not BHA - beta hydroxy acid - salicylic acid

there are 2 different BHAs (Beta Hydroxy Acids and Butylated Hydroxyl Anisole - totally unrelated things). The one they're talking about here is a preservative, not the exfoliating acids family. BHAs were fairly recently taken out of most foods and now have to be listed if they are in packaging materials for food as they have shown some links to cancer in large amounts.

oh no! it has acid in it doesnβt means itβs bad. salicylic acid is a saviour for oily skin people. especially for acne and blackheads! works like wonder. optimise usage once or twice a week. be consistent!
