Is Skin1004 Cruelty-free?

Hi everyone! I have seen numerous claims online from third-party websites selling Skin1004 products which state that the product is cruelty-free. Picky also claims this for their products too. On the actual Skin1004 website I see no claims anywhere that their products are cruelty-free. Usually, if this information is true, it can be easily found on a brand’s website in their “about us” section. I am feeling skeptical now because it is so hard to find any verifiable information on this. What are your thoughts?

hmmm that’s a tricky one. perhaps you should reach out to them via Instagram DM to make sure. usually they would put something like that on the official website 🤔

I agree. I would either email them or DM them to ask them directly. I'd also let them know your concern. It may help them make changes, and it could help them overall as a company! I'm sure they'd appreciate your input!

Agreed. However, I also agree that the fact that it's not listed anywhere on their website is very concerning and confusing. This information should be and usually is prominently featured on the websites of other brands at least once and in a place where it's going to be seen. I suggest to the OP that they contact them with this concern, and tell them why they should have it on their website in plain sight or somewhere easy to find, and letting them know why it's beneficial for them to do so. They'll definitely take that advice.
