all k beauty products are cruelty free because animal testing is illegal in South Korea. So yes skin1004 is cruelty free because it’s a k beauty brand. I also believe that’s why it’s not stated on their website.

Unfortunately, not every South-Korean brand is cruelty-free. Brands that sell their products in China must test on animals by Chinese law unless all the ingredients are already on a “whitelist” that allows the product to be sold without animal testing.
