Keratosis Pilaris

Anyone struggling with KP here?! Please let me know what routine do you follow to have your KP under control. I have used KP eraser by First Aid Beauty but I found it expensive and it did not completely cure my KP (at this point I dont even know if I’ll ever see a day without tiny bumps on my legs 🥲) I am looking for some skincare recommendations to help me with this condition. KP is a skin condition caused by the buildup of keratin in the skin. this build up forms up a plug that blocks hair follicles, leading to the appearance of tiny bumps on skin. :(

I’m just too lazy to apply something to my legs twice a day 😅 But moisturizers with urea really help. Just look for ones with at least 10% urea, cause that’s the percentage that starts skin “melting”. Lower than that is just moisturizing. Btw I haven’t yet found one that isn’t sticky awterwards, both Cerave and Eucerin are imposible if you want to put on pants 😂

I had it on my shoulders and arms. What helped were products with aha, especially the Village 11 factorys aha body lotion. Don't forget to protect your skin from the sun 😊
