What's a good substitute for Panoxyl to clear backne.

I have been wanting to purchase panoxyl cleanser for my backne but it has been out of stock for a long time so I can't get my hands on it. Is there any other recommendations for backne?

This one is pretty great at 5% BP. If you have sensitive skin (which judging by your picky profile, you don’t) you could even try the 2.5% version. 5% is a really great option tho’.
