currently using both of them and my oily skin is more comfortable with BOJ sunscreen. they have similar texture but BOJ is more lightweight and creamy texture then Purito, for some reason idk why whenever I’m back to try Purito my skin always getting more oily even tho I tried only to use toner and moisturizer or only moisturizer, the results in my skin always getting more oilier. Also they both didn’t stings on eye’s which I love it. Doesn’t break my skin. For my recommendation I more prefer BOJ because didn’t make my skin more oilier🙌🏼

I was hoping to try the BOJ one too but now I’m quite unsure as I don’t want to be supportive of their alleged shady practices.

I hadn't heard about this!! I just ordered the BOJ sunscreen, too. That's so disappointing.

I’m not too sure about BOJ but yeah I’ve heard about Purito which is why I started this discussion 🥲

It's actually ironic on my end, because normally I'd hear and look for good brands, but the first time I knew about Purito was the scandal regarding their SPF rating. I remember that it was mentioned in the YT I watched that they passed off their sunscreen as SPF 50 although it rated lesser than that. It was disappointing for me, but atleast it was an eye opener for us skincare enthusiasts to be more vigilant in what we read and in what they tell us.

exactlyyy! I feel ya, the whole spf scandal bought about so many trust issues but all for the good reasons! I agree we gotta be more vigilant about it. I just wish brands would be more transparent.
