I'm in love with the hyaluronic acid toner from THE LAB by blanc doux it's so hydrating and make my so 'bouncy'!
Other toners that I use everyday for layering is the the Mochi Toner from Tony Moly and the Haruharu Black Rice toner!

unfortunately I can’t find The Lab products here in India ughh but omg another picky user suggested the mochi toner too!!😍😍 I guess it’s real good, huh? Will have to check it out now🤩

For best hydration and strengthening my skin barrier I highly recommend TIAM!
Minimal ingredients list, fragrance free, scentless, light texture even for oily skin user (slightly thicker than water consistency) and best part very affordable!
I tried the rovectin ones before TIAM, I really love the Rovectin ones until I tried TIAM! I still love rovectin but TIAM won here 😂

rovectin treatment lotion is good! I double up it as serum on some days as well. if you want smth watery, I suggest dokdo toner as well

oh my, I love the celimax toner! Based on your needs, I suppose the Mochi toner should be your perfect fit! It's hydrating and good for skin barrier! My another suggestion would be the bring green's toner! Perfect for our skin type😉
