This is a good basic moisturizer but won't really target your anti aging concerns

I think it would be okay for oily skin as a nighttime moisturizer since it is heavy even for my combination skin and didn't absorb into my skin properly. It made my skin feel greasy when I used it in my am routine. Tiny bumps also appeared on my forehead a few nights after using it so I suggest doing a patch test first. I recommend going for a more lightweight moisturizer but it's all up to you!

Yes. This is a very basic moisturizer that allows you to customize for your needs. You can mix some drops of facial oil into it if you need more moisture or some drops of the amino acids if you need more hydration (otherwise you can use it before your moisturizer)
