For something instant, I like tone up creams. This one from etude house, is tone up, primer, pore blurring and sunscreen. I wont fully depend this for sun protection but good for topping up through the day

I've used vitamin C and glycolic acid and they've helped. And of course, SPF!

The two main causes for dullness are lack of hydration & build up of dead skin cells, so first I would recommend the use of an hydrating toner or serum (HA, snail mucin), an exfoliant a couple times a week to get rid of dead cells (glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid etc depending on your skin type) & a nice moisturiser to help the skin barrier retain hydration and moisture
Vitamin C is a great way to achieve a glowy and bright skin, I use the Dear Klairs one, it’s very gentle
I also recommend you check the Resveratrol & Ferulic acid serum from The Ordinary, it’s one of my all time, a powerful antioxidant duo that protects the skin from environmental damages. I pair it with vitamin C when I feel like my skin needs a little kick and it works!
And last but not least, SPF always
