Oh wow 😳 I hadn’t heard about this and don’t buy DE products but it’s definitely not a good look. That particular comment really misses the mark doesn’t it? I can see their intention but but it kinda comes across as arrogant and dismissive lol.

Yeah I used to use DE products because a friend of mine kept raving about them. But it was too overpriced for my taste and their whole brand philosophy and how they do their PR/CS really irks me.
So it's a hard pass for me.

I did know about the controversy, and it's one of the reasons why I'll personally never buy their products.

Drunk Elephant makes a couple of my most favorite products where I’ve not been able to find something comparable that works with my extremely picky skin while also being effective. Would I prefer they’re a great all around brand, including with their customer service? Yes. But am I going to give up my best skin because they were condescending to some people? No. 🤷🏻♀️
