Microcurrent and dental work

Hi, all! I've been researching microcurrent devices for at-home use, and I read that they can cause discomfort for those with metal dental fillings, braces, etc., due to the current interacting with the metal. 😱 For those of you who already have experience with microcurrent, have you ever experienced this? Is there anything else that can't be combined with microcurrent? For example, if I run my device over tattoos on my body, well that mess up my tattoos somehow?

I use a Nuface and I’ve never noticed this with my metal fillings (and I’ve got a lot of fillings in my molars). Sometimes I do feel the current more, but it happens all over my face.

To be honest it depends I on the microcurrent strength. Home care devices are far from the same as salon/clinic strength. I've worked with this type of devices and contraindications are diabetes or other condition that might affect your perseptions of pain in general, pacemaker or dental implants not fillings. Nothing will happen to your tattoos. oh, and it is completely normal to feel it more over bones and teeth than muscles 😁
